Sleep is something you don’t really think about, until you’re not getting enough of it. A bad night’s sleep can impact every aspect of your life, from work to travel and even caring for your little one. It can also create sleep bad habits that can turn into a vicious cycle, night after night.

What makes working with me different?
Education & expertise
I bring 10+ years of child care experience as a nanny and my background as a former early childhood educator into my sessions and sleep plans to teach you how to be the sleep expert, so you can guide your little one to a long nights sleep. I have comfortably helped all my past families sleep train their little ones and get back to a good nights sleep.

Clear instructions
I will lay out exactly what you need to get started on sleep training – so you’re not going into it blind. Everything from room set up, safe sleep and baby temperaments to a tailored sleep plan
My plans are designed with you in mind. The information I give you is clear, concise and my instructions are easy to follow. I will guide you through every step of the way so you know exactly what to expect.

Love and support
This is a judgement free zone! I am there to listen to your concerns with an open mind and open heart. I like to create a positive space, free of judgement and shame where families can come to me with full confidence and zero hesitation.
All sessions are completely confidential and sensitive information is destroyed concluding our time together.
My office is an 2SLGBTQI+ positive space.

Commitment to results
I am fully committed to providing you a plan to get you and your little one the sleep you deserve. If after our time together is up and you’re child is still not sleeping, I will continue to work with you until you achieve your goals.

Sleep plans designed with you in mind
My plans are tailored to the individual needs and desires of you and your little one. I use a variety or combinations of sleep training methods that are personally tailored to you and your comfort level, from gentle to intermediate methods.
Each plan can be further tailored if extra services are or aren’t needed, just ask me!
What about crying?
This is the most common question I get from all parents, will my child cry? The simple answer is yes they will. Crying may be your child’s only way of communicating with you, depending on their age. The important part to remember is that not all cries are the same. Some cries are protesting this new change, and some require immediate attention. I will help you learn to decipher what your child is trying to tell you and how to navigate this sudden change in your child’s life kindly and compassionately.
My job as a sleep consultant is to provide you with education, a plan and support through the sleep training process, and the tears. My sleep methods use a variety of sleep training strategies that best fit your family, and what level of crying you can tolerate.
I will NEVER ask you to ignore your child’s distress cry and I do not believe in leaving your child alone in their bed to cry themselves to sleep.
